  • Returns & Exchanges

    Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect all items immediately. If there is any problem, we are really sorry that there is something wrong about your order. The good news is that we will do everything to correct the situation. If you received a damaged, incorrect item, have missing parts, or a defective item within your purchase Contact Rocio Romero, LLC within two (2) days of receipt.
    If you would like to return your purchase, we will charge a restocking charge equal to 15% of the purchase price and all shipping and delivery charges to Rocio Romero, LLC warehouse. The remaining funds will be reimbursed to you. Returns must be received in original condition within 15 days. Take care in packaging your items to ensure that it arrives safely, you may have to provide additional packing material if the original box has been worn. Also, make sure to send the original packing materials, original receipt, and all tags for any and all items you wish to return. We do not accept any returns and exchanges for custom or special orders. To process a return, you will need to Contact Rocio Romero, LLC.

  • Cancellations

    In stock items normally ship within 24–48 hours after an order has been placed. If you purchased your order by credit card, your card will be charged as each item ships. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and/or special order items cannot be cancelled.
